I am excited to advise you that there has been some incredible development and progress on the magical Shamballa Residential Condominium over the last few weeks. In sharing this good news I have committed myself to forwarding friends and prospective investors a monthly “Shamballa” newsletter. It has been an intensive two years of environmental studies, research and planning, in order to get the licenses required to market and start building.

It is with a few more grey hairs but with a lot of pride that I am now happy to announce all the necessary legal documents have been finally submitted to the notary office in order for us to receive the 'número de incorporacão' (incorporation number). This important step allows me to launch the project commercially in Brazil.

Each one of you at this stage has been personally invited to take advantage of this incredible opportunity to invest prior to commercial launch....and it is with this offer that I consider you part of the 'family' of Shamballa.
